Metra Passenger Coach #2003

Modeled after Metra Passenger Coach #2003, this car is inspired by the bi-level commuter coaches used throughout the Chicago area. Its double-deck design reflects the high-capacity equipment Metra relies on to move large numbers of daily riders across its suburban rail network.

Handcrafted by real railfans, our wooden trains are designed as durable, child-friendly toys made for years of play and often treasured as keepsakes and heirlooms. While safety and durability always come first in our designs, each piece is still inspired by the look and spirit of the real train.
