International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or biosecurity inspection and treatment charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may be imported into their country. Refusal or nonpayment of import charges may result in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed. Any return shipping, customs, or related charges incurred may be deducted from an eligible refund.
