If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

We have been manufacturing wooden toy trains since 1996 and do everything we can to provide high quality toys. We know mistakes can be made and we want to make sure we get it fixed :) If you can snap a picture of the flaw we will determine whether to refund or replace the train.
The ONLY time we do not replace trains is when(and this is really rare) the issue was caused by use of the toy beyond normal wear and tear. Word to the wise ... wooden toy trains cannot swim so please do not bring them into the bath tub ;)
If you have simply changed your mind after your purchase please send it back in original packaging and we will issue the refund once it is received at the factory. :) You can either handwrite a note and stick it in the box or send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
