MTA "Redbird" New York Subway Car - Vault Edition

The Redbirds were the red cars that ran the Number 7 into Times Square. Together with the silver Brightliners, they made up most of the New York City subway fleet for decades.

We modeled ours on the Number 7 trains and built them for years, until the MTA granted a license to cheaper toys made overseas. These are the last NYC subway cars we have from that era.

Handcrafted in Missouri with non-toxic finishes, and it rolls right onto the wooden track you already own.

Part of our Vault Collection: trains we discontinued, shelved, or only made once. When these are gone, there's no second run.
